Group Classes: Our classes are ideal to understand the fundamentals, such as posture, grips, guard retention, guard passing, and all the main positions found while standing and when you find yourself in the ground. Both GI and NOGI classes are offered, to understand some of the nuances of both modalities. For our competition students we dive deeper into the specifics of strategy, competition conditioning and tailored performance plans.
ADULTS: Mondays & Wednesdays 6.30-7.30am. Tuesdays & Thursdays 6.30pm-7.30pm, GI & NOGI All Levels. Classes held at 5757 West Lovers Lane, suite 219, Dallas, TX 75209.
